Came for lunch about half an hour ago, with a coworker. Ordered Mongolian beef. Picked up second piece of piece and it had what appeared to be a black hair hanging off of it. Normally I'm not squimish about hair. I flipped the meat over and there was a 3/4" insect stuck to it! Worst part is I can't even identify what type of insect it was, but the legs and eyes could not be mistaken. Reported it to the waiter. No apology, and reluctantly offered to make another order. Told him I wouldn't be paying for it. He informed me I had to pay for it if they made another order! This really sucks, as they had the best food around. I could almost excuse a bug, but acting like I sabotaged their food, and their complete lack of empathy, means I will never be back. Showed the attached picture to my office, too. This isn't a joke or in any way made up. Insect is in center of pic, it's black/grey.

I'm not a sushi person but they have a wide variety to offer. Waitress very nice and patient explaining some of the sushi choices. I ended up getting what I usually order at most Chinese restaurants. My food was hot and delicious! Great quality and nice portion like the NY style I'm used to. I will definitely be back and try something new.

I used to drive out of my way to enjoy their food.when in Gwinnett, Maybe it was a bad night when the regular cook was off. I hope so, The food was tasteless, the rice like paste, and the cost was a bit higher than I recall. Too bad, it was one of the best in the area.

Good food. Only complaint is when sometimes servers are awkward, stare or make you feel uncomfortable. Also the price on All You Can Eat sushi used to be $19.99 now $24.99 Aside from that the food is excellent.

AMAZING! Their service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter made sure we always had drinks and answered any questions we needed. The menu is very long but it all comes with great descriptions of the food. Im definitely looking forward to returning here.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The Mongolian beef is on a whole nother level. May is one of the best server's I've ever had. Ask to be in her section when you go :-)

I had dinner here with my friends last night and the food was not bad at all. I ordered the Unagi Don (eel over a bed of rice) and it was pretty good. The Unagi sauce was extremely salty, but the pickled ginger helped with that. The seaweed salad was also good. One of my friends ordered the shogun dinner box and he commented that it was tasty. The ginger salad and miso soup that came with the food was really good as well. I would go again.

Delicious sushi. Ability to customize, as I cannot eat seafood. Tofu was a great replacement. Hot and sour soup was wonderful. Too full to try a Chinese meal, but next time, which will be soon.

June 13, 2019 - Food taste fine, even the gravel. The food is fine but not better than many others. They no longer care when you are dissatisfied. They have a lot of business and your satisfaction is not their primary objective. After 25 years I didn’t really care if they bought the food. My disappointment came from their unwillingness to apologize. You could say this is a cultural difference. A little contrition goes a long way. The time has come for their owners to give their managers some discretion and understand customer satisfaction has a lot to do with admitting failure. There are plenty of Asian restaurants find a smaller one where your business is meaningful.

The waitress was so amazing!! I mean super! She didn't write our order down and got everything we asked for correctly and fast!!! The food tasted great as well....downside, the dishes were dirty...all of them! The plate had dried lettuce on it and I had to send my cup back for unrecognizable food stains as well as the silverware. But the price is reasonable!

Usually excellent service. Not tonight. Waited 10 minutes after being seated. No one came by AT ALL. I went to the receptionist and she told our waitress...who was busy. The restaurant was almost empty. Another family was sat in our area. Along cones the waitress TO THE OTHER TABLE QHO WAS JUST SEATED. I, once again, went to the receptionist and loudly told her it was horrible service and why. They weren't busy....they were short staffed. All they did was apologize...nothing else. We usually enjoy it there so we will return...eventually.Orient Graden: shame on you!

This place is terrible ,the service was disgusting our waitress was screaming at my family and we had our little sister that is 2 years old. We been here before and they never act this way before. We didn’t liked the food and they told us we had to eat it. I would not recommend this place if your gonna way with ur family,

It might be because I'm so handsome, but I wish servers would stare less, chill and not be all up in my dining experience. I just took a sip of my beverage I don't need a refill. Excellent quality food though and nice atmosphere

I highly recommend this place when it comes to sushi. I found about this place about a year ago and have not stopped coming since. Every time I come, I always do their all you can eat sushi and rolls. The process is rather simple. You are provided a 1 page sheet to mark what you want which has an assortment of soup, salad, appetizers, various rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Compared to other sushi all you can eat or buffets, the food quality is incomparable especially for the price of $24.99 a person. Just two speciality rolls at this place would already put you above $25.00 at any other sushi restaurant in Georgia. Some of the best rolls at this place is their Maguro, Dragon Roll, Golden Roll, and Mama Fufu to name a few. The rolls are done very professionally and taste just as good as they look. The service is always rather attentive and never had any issues. If you are ever in town and craving sushi, definitely give this place a try.

Their service their food has got to be by far the most disgusting thing I have ever seen with in the Lawrenceville area. My entire office order for lunch here. For one the false advertise bcz, they have a huge sign in the building showing that they deliver and do take out, well when we called they said they do not deliver. Two when we placed the order based on their website. They gave us completely different servings (different way of cooked) from what the pictures show on their site. When we pointed this out to the person in charge she got argue mental with us. They was going to re cook the meals for us but after their nasty way of treating us we told them to keep the money and the food. We will never ever order from them again or give them our business.

Went here in a whim turns out they have Great food Honey walnut shrimp and General Tosos chicken and crab raccoon. Staff was very friendly and it wasn’t crazy busy. Very pleasant experience

Sooooo—I previously lived in this area 4 years. I frequented this spot all the time. After being at work over 12 hours I was vamished. Thankfully my friend lives locally. We decided on Orient Garden tonight.They deliver consistent food, great pricing, great service, the best sweet tea in the A (they mix Lipton with oolong tea) and yummy orange slices after dinner (not pictured bc I ate them). Anywho—tonight I sampled egg foo young with fried rice (it’s not really fried—imo), egg drop soup (bc I only wanted to eat the fried wontons) and hot green tea. My folks tried schezhuan beef, shrimp tempura sushi (please skip that—Twas nasty) and sweet tea. We are FULL to capacity. I’m struggling with the button on my pants bc I’m soo full.

The most disgusting service I’ve ever received !! The food was absolutely horrible! You can’t even share food with ur family, our server was screaming at us and we had a 2 year old with us that is not acceptable behavior for a grown woman. Never had experience this in my life!!

Great food and friendly servers. Serving sizes are also large. Leftovers were good and I got 3 meals total from my one plate. I dinged them a star for not honoring a valid coupon. There are coupons on the menus and they said we could only use them next visit.
